How I Work

I offer bespoke coaching and mentorship that honors the whole human being. Instead of fitting you into a predetermined structure, I offer curated 1:1 coaching to support you until you’ve reached the goals that matter most to you.

This work is integrative, holistic, and intuitive. I meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you through each phase of your recovery journey. My approach is rooted in deep presence, flexibility, and a commitment to your long-term growth, not a timeline.

I offer packages that are 2 months, 3 months, and 6 months in length. Depending on what you need, we can determine which package would work best for you. There’s no pressure in these containers, only partnership.

This work is sacred; It’s about building real, sustainable change from within, so that you always have a safe place to land inside of yourself. It is my honor to help you create a space where you can heal, expand, and step into the fullest version of yourself, so that you can feel sovereign and whole. We’ll address the toxic beliefs you’ve taken on, the ones that tell you you’re too much, not enough, or inherently broken. And we’ll begin replacing them with a deeper truth: you’ve always been whole. You’ve just been taught to doubt yourself.

Coaching vs. Therapy: What’s the Difference?

Coaching and therapy are both incredible tools for personal growth, but they serve different purposes and take different approaches. Here’s how they differ:

  • Coaching focuses on helping you move forward, achieve specific goals, and step into your fullest potential. It’s about guiding you to where you want to go by exploring your mindset, habits, and aspirations. Coaching is typically future-focused, action-oriented, and works on creating tangible outcomes in your life.

  • Therapy, on the other hand, is designed to help individuals process, heal, and recover from past experiences, mental health challenges, and unresolved trauma. Therapy often delves into deeper emotional healing and is guided by a licensed mental health professional.

In short, coaching assumes you are ready to make changes and provides a supportive, forward-thinking partnership, while therapy helps you heal and process before taking those steps.

Who is this work for?

This work is for adults who are no longer actively involved in a narcissistic relationship, but who are recovering from the impact of narcissistic abuse and want to rebuild their sense of self, which include things like:

  • Enhancing feelings of self-authenticity, inner calm, and a renewed sense of hope and empowerment

  • Improving wellbeing with nutritional support and nervous system regulation

  • Engaging in practices that activate one’s spiritual connection, mindfulness, and other modalities such as breath work to support integration

  • Manifesting their dream life, career, relationship and other desires in a grounded and practical way, while also honoring the mystical application

  • Engaging in mindset shifting practices to expand one’s perspective, change outdated beliefs, and invite more awareness of internal processes as a means of increasing consciousness

  • Utilizing emotional and somatic tools to become more embodied, make friends with feelings, and learn to listen to the cues and signals of the body in a way that makes sense

When Therapy May Be a Better Fit

While this coaching container is designed to support emotional growth, self-discovery, and empowerment, it is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If, during our work together, I determine that what you are experiencing would be better supported by therapy or mental health treatment, I will let you know and offer a referral to an appropriate provider. Your well-being is my highest priority, and I want you to get the right kind of support for where you are.

It is also essential that you not be actively involved in a narcissistic relationship as this work is about recovering from the fallout of narcissistic abuse. If you are currently in a narcissistic relationship, this will be better suited in the realm of therapy where you can be appropriately supported.

How Often Do We Meet?

I tend to recommend that we hold sessions on a weekly basis so that you can continue to build toward your goals, implement and practice strategies we explore together, and receive ongoing support to keep the momentum going!
