May 31-7: Discomfort

Today I tune into the necessary discomfort that signifies growth. I step out of my self-made chrysalis and plant my feet firmly on the ground, noticing all the possibilities that exist in front of and around me. When I open myself to the world, my body naturally expands and contracts. This expansion and contraction is my body’s way of negotiating the terms of trying something new. Similar to breathing, I take in the healing force that keeps me alive and release the waste that I no longer need.
