July 10-17: Doubts

This week doubt pervades your mind like a fog. You wonder if what you said was “weird”, you can’t remember if you responded to that email, your mind seems to be struggling to latch onto anything concrete. You don’t need to worry so much about attaining certainty, rather you would do well to notice the myriad ways you get pulled into distraction. We are often living half lives: half aware of what’s going on, thrown into multiple directions at once, never fully being present to the facts. Today, practice seeing where you can drop into what you do know. Don’t go looking too hard. Just trust. What’s right in front of you?
